islip landings

check Islip landings...there is a SFR phase and a 55 and over phase. I do not know anything about courthouse commons, but that is the closest condo. east islip has beecher avenue ext & heckscher spur. good luck.

Beecher avenue and Hecksher. (Hecksher Estates) is a PUD not a condominium.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm going to check it out.
