Billary blurbs on Mad Money last night.

"...oh the poor peoples foreclosures"

She comments on "over enthusiastic appraisals"
and makes it seem like the homeowners had no role in
the melt down. Unbelievable. The MANY poor, niave and unsuspecting
borrowers that were misled and fleeced...:icon_rolleyes:

Sure there were/are shady appraisers, brokers, etc.

Once again, the left-wing fortifying that certain perceived innocent individules have no accountability - yet the appraisers are pointed at as part of the blame ( Surely there were some appraisers who produced false and inflated appraisals) - but the poor homeowner, has no accountability/responsibility! Politics...:glare:

WHO would know better than her. Remember her little development in AR.

I heard her mention "inflated appraisals" the other night and it made my skin crawl. I recall a way too well that Susan McDougal used to stand in front of a house lot in hotpants and touting the virtues of their great little development. And all the lawyer-borrowers flocking to a tiny Kingston, Arkansas bank owned by Jim McDougal to borrow millions to build subdivisions like Casa Grande. Lemme see. Jim went to jail. Susan went to jail. Governor Jim Guy Tucker went to jail. An appraiser named Palmer went to jail....just who is missing in that picture?

Cramer and Hillary. A conversation worth recording to illustrate that 2 wrongs don't make a right.
