So sad. I was going to suggest that it might be interesting to look underneath this seller to see if he's done it before. But, of course, it leads nowhere, because I'm not aware that it's illegal to honestly cheat somebody.
Bad ethics. But the great touters and proponents of ethics are all defending their backsides today: the clergy, CEOs, appraisers.
Who you gonna trust? The entire newspaper is consumed by fraud, cheating, deceit. One could get nervous when a local "LO-terrorist" suggests you have a weak spine for not giving her another $10,000 on that rotten property. Or in a week you will have!
