Maybe I got spoiled, but was busy for 3 years, even a slow period saw a few trickle in. Now, for approaching second week, nothing, as in zero new orders. Anyone else this slow ? My appraiser friend in San Diego is... not a big help to know but some perspective on other areas...hope it picks up soon!

You're talking only weeks????
I wish it were only weeks for me!!!!
Hang in there and continue reading the racing forms....

This is probably why AMC fees are dropping....
Got to keep the doors open.....

Am looking at something "to fall back on", and backfill some time. I have seen this movie before. It stinks.

Got one in ...feels super busy! I can work on it all week...

Lyft does not look appealing...there's opportunities out there if appraisal dwindles to nothing I'd find something to do for $... property management CAM license can be part time work ...valet parking ...Chippendales if a guy...make $....

Chippendales if a guy...make $....
LM 59 yo AO. :rof:

How would a job at Hooters suit you? :D

The thing I like about Lyft is I do not have to show up on a schedule set by "the man".
Like if I flip burgers, or work for Waldo.
It should fit with my appraisal work. I think, will find out. :peace:

You are slow because interest rates are climbing. Go fishing now before you can't. I regret wasting so many "downs" early in my career. This business has been feast or famine since my fathers' father's day before FNMA forms. Give yourself a day or three off.

Oh come on.

We're gonna get buried in snow this year, and then the boomers will be trying to relocate to Florida.

I expect you'll see them arriving in the next week or two.
