The meeting minutes do lead to a few questions for Board members:

1) the last name under Hearing Reports notes that no violations were found, no action taken. Does this appraiser have to then state he had been investigated? Will his on-line record show a discipline notice?

2) Noticed Michigan Law Update now required every 2 years, versus old requirement of every 4 years.

Guess I need to look further at state web site to see where this is in bold print for every licensed appraiser to see the new law? Or, is there a newsletter in the works?

#2. This was passed by the Board, however, this has not been approved thru the State. This is a rules change and needs to be approved by the State Leg & Gov.
