Declining Markets Data

Looking for sites having data or designations as "declining", preferably by zip code.

Here's an example:

www.dqnews.com has CA and some other metro areas, not sure about NJ. I rely on local MLS to determine decline, it's provides more accurate figures than a zip search.

Declining Market Info

Googel or browse ofheo.gov site for home price index showing data from repeat sales of fannie and freddie loan properties and Standard and Poors CASE SHILLER home price index (shows data on 20 metro's since 1987 ...some later). These are the best sources I have found for national and regional data. Otherwise the best is some local source MOST LIKELY MLS data.

Why not go to the source?? Go to the sources which the lenders are getting their declining data from.
