Anyone else working the Detroit area finding very suspicious sales while researching Realist & Realquest. I keep coming across sales that seem very odd and out of line for the area. Selling shortly after being purchased from institutions, HUD...

No trace of the re-sales in the MLS, no evidence of remodeling, updates, repairs....

Yeah fraud still rampant, despite the media reports saying how it's getting better. I yend to not use anything in Detroit unless it is 1) On the MLS 2) Verified by the agent. Some of those resales are also reapired, rented and sold to investors or option purchasers.
