I don't watch the stupid show, but my sister called me to tell me that there's an appraiser in the BIG BROTHER house. I think she's from Mississippi. She has a typical appraiser personality...nobody likes her and I think they're going to vote her out this week.

Just never seen one of us on TV before!!

To answer the headline question of your posting would be an admission to wasting one's time watching a program so devoid of social value, that.......oh well, ....anyway. Just how broadly do you define the "typical appraiser personality" ? There are probably upwards of 85,000 to 90,000 different appraiser personalities across the country. As a group we are still struggling to defeat renegade factions of the lender pressure movement, and the last thing we need is to break our unity and be called "typical" ! LOL But please, tell us, how did she do on the show ? If she is a good appraiser she should be able to handle getting "voted out' quite easily. We experience that all the time !

YOUR A WEEK BEHIND SHE WAS VOTED OFF LAST NIGHT!

She probably couldn't find any good comps for the Big Brother House and ended up not hitting the number.

I can here the UW.

"Well, I'm going to need some more comps from the immediate subject neighborhood that only have one door, a sound proof room, no parking, and cameras all over the place. Can you get that to me by noon today?"

For once can we drop USPAP, FIRREA and the appraisal subcommittee. Was the gal good looking? I realize this sounds sexist, shallow and superficial, but I've always had this thing for good looking appraiser chicks. :-)

Mr. Bucks,

She was blonde AND voluptuous! Too bad you missed the show :)

On a side note, she did seem a bit ditsy to me...I think that goes along with the blonde hair..............just kidding all!

I heard from someone today that one of the guys complained that she suffered from functional obsolescence. Guess that means she was an old fashioned girl.

I figured she realized she was missing out on big buck refie work and wanted out.

....but I've always had this thing for good looking appraiser chicks. :-)

And the "good looking" chicks who are NOT appraisers? Nothing for them?

I think her effective age was much higher than her actual age.
