Do you have Error & Omission?

Appraisers in the thousands who retired or changed profession, calmly looking back in a mistaken belief that they are/were covered for some period of time. Did they pay their endorsement extending the reporting period? I doubt.

First read my sticky about suits http://appraisersforum.com/showthread.php?t=141560 - say NO MORE - delete your post -

I do not have 10's of thousands for lawyers. I never did anything unlawful, no favors for anybody and followed the rules as a conservative appraiser. Being conservative doing NO pencil searches and never doing favors for anybody, left me in position loosing all the clients. My morals are not for sale.
What appraisers have to do with people who stop paying the mortgages due to market depreciation? This is ridiculous.

I have E/O. Never had a claim. I figure its like paying home owner
insurance, I get to pay for the stupids that let their house burn down.
There was a trend by AMCs to require a minimum $500K, and I told
them, not interested, so what's the deal, you want me to sign up with
you so you can sue me??
