Does Ala Mode have a specific exterior only form for appraisals not for lending purposes?

:new_newbie:

I don't know ala mode, but any GPAR form can be an exterior only. Your SOW will have to be written defining your....well SOW.

Ala mode GPAR (GPRES2) can be used for exterior only inspections for non lender work.

And welcome to the forum realtyguy.

There is a section on the general purpose form that deals with interior or exterior inspection.

Use the a la mode GPRES2 form.

On the signature page, below the sig area, there are check boxes for "Interior/Exterior", "Exterior" and "None."

On page 1 of the form, under 'Description of the Property', add a comment that you did an 'exterior-only' inspection and did not measure the dwelling.

Why not use Fannie Mae 2055 if it is for mortgage lending purposes?

Thanks for all the helpful info!
