On November 27, 2007, the board voted to extend the segmented approach deadline for completing the experience requirement to June 30, 2010, for applicants who completed their pre-license education requirements prior to January 1, 2008.
Does this read that one could upgrade under the old regs if done so before 6-30-10?
Does this read to say one could upgrade if they had the new education requirements, but not the new experience requirements before 1-1-08?
Does this mean if you were, for example, licensed in 2004, which means you completed your pre-license requirements prior to 1-1-08, would now have until 2010 to uprade?
