ask if it can be resurfaced. I had mine resurfaced for half the cost of new. 15 year warranty. Basically a new 2 inch thick driveway poured right over the old one. The new stuff encases the old stuff.

Ours looked like that when we bought it.
We were told it was too far gone to repair.
It only took and hour or so for 2 guys with shovels to remove the old asphalt.
Then we did concrete because that's what all the neighbors had.

Yeah, I was told it had to be pulled up. Hopefully I wont have to get it redone.

it may depend on what type of financing your potential borrower decides to use. it's been quite some time since i did a VA appraisal but i seem to recall that anything that was more than 1" in size was considered a tripping hazard and had to be repaired. then again it could have been FHA and no VA, i really can't recall. i haven't done either in so long i can't recall when i last did.

I'm selling my house and everything has gone smoothly, however I'm a bit concerned about driveway. I'll attach photos. Will this get flagged during the appraisal for repair?
Probably not. However, there are certainly some mindblowingly nitpicky appraisers in the world.
