I have been using dual Monitors for over a year and really like them. I am having one problem and that is I can not always get the program on the screen that I want it on. I have tried dragging it to another screen, but some programs such as IE will not change. Any ideas on how to do this?

On my graphics property manager you have to put the window into its medium (not minimized, not mazimized) size state, then you can drag it anywhere you want.

If you use Dual Monitors you need a Dual Monitor utility program ... I use Multi Mon it is free

with multi mon the click of a button sends it to the other screen and automatically sizes it

I dont know about your system. But on my Toshiba lap top and every dell notebook I've looked at, all you have to do is right click on the desktop and there's a utility there that will let you run a 2nd monitor off the machines monitor port. The utility controls the port, allows you to format the resolution, size, and position relative to the notebook screen.

your video card should have a utility. as long as its not running on steam, if you can run dual monitors you can edit the desktop settings. look for settings that relate to single (one display) - clone (same on both) - horizontal/vertical (one large desktop).

Most toolbars and add ons cost "something", best to figure out your current setup first.
