Hi,

My apologies if this has been posted recently. I haven't lurked in a while. Can anyone recommend a good E & O carrier? One that covers, residential, commercial (as a trainee) and real estate brokerage would be great.

Thanks,

Hank O.

Hi Hank. Sure not getting any response to this question are you. Not one person on the AIForum that I noticed anyway. How do you define 'good'? Cheap? Or responsive? Then you would need to get a response from someone who had a claim, or at least a question. My mentor had LIA so that's who I signed up with way back when. Have no idea if they are cheap or responsive or competent. But I send them money every year and they send me a little certificate to share with clients who demand it.

I had a dual policy from Williams Underwriting -- but had to drop it, because my RE license was inactive.

I have a Landy Insurance policy now -- but it only covers the appraisal E & O.

See if these google searches have any good leads --

I use OREP, I haven't needed them yet, but I hear they are reputable.
