Any reccomendations for good E&O companies or warnings about bad ones?

Luckily, I've never had to find out if my company is bad - never had a claim filed ::knocking on as much wood as I can find:: I'm using liability a company out of california out of california, it's a $300,000 policy with a $1,000 deductable - and they will re-uimburse my attorney fees up to $2,500 for any proceedings. Total policy cost was under $500 for the year.
