Same here, current on updates and I have e-mailed four reports since Friday. Have you tried re-installing the updates? I interrupted the update process one time and Wintotal would not operate correctly until I re-installed the updates.

Nevermind.. Found the problem..

Every so often for some unGODLY reason My Firewall Program resets itself.. I have not had these messages for so long I forgot what they were... I hate having to shut down my firewall program in order to send reports.. I really hate that! Now If I can only remember how to reset the firewall as to not interfere with EDI sending/receiving. I really should write this stuff down! I'm getting to old to remember these things!

patti,

until u resolve your edi issue, u can bypass the internal wintotal system and use outlook. here's how to do it:

1. mark report to send via wintotal edi
2. open outlook and address email
3. click attachments
4. look in C: for win2000
4. look for inet file and open
5. double click on your file
6. file is now attached, send

hope this helps

Patti,

Are you running a firewall and a router? If firewall only I recommend you get a router - they are cheap and the you really do not need a firewall.
