Any feedback / insight appreciated, especially that from AZ. Currently certified residential (as of 01/08), working towards Cert. Gen. I have been told that I will need 300 hours education and that my prior qaulifying credit will not count (unless I can get everything done by 11/08 which is not possible). Seems idiotic that I woulld need to retake introductory courses. When I upgraded from Licensed to Certified residential, I only needed to demonstrate completion of the 'extra' qaulifying credit since becoming licensed. Per the old rules, I then assumed that my 120 hours would be accepted thus requiring that I accrue an additional 180 hours for certified general. I'm told my 120 hours will not count and I need to start all over and get 300 hours. This was presented to our state board, but not expecting a response anytime soon. Anyone know what's the deal in AZ?
