Wayne!! U know how much I hate writing a long post? Then go to post & find the thread is locked. I can't blame U for locking it (It really needed to be) Hate the thought of needing another Forum for education was hoping & believe the General Forum is the PROPER place for Education. Guess we need set some rules such as students can only reply with a 5-50 (pick a #) word return comment. Comments MUST pretain to subject matter. ETC ETC. Maybe I'm a MINORITY the required CE is I think 28 hrs every 2 years I have 68 (not counting FHA & other Seminars) & if another course of intrest came up I'd go So if there are the Joe M's Mike of CA & the original originators of the petition, & others that we have lost in the past & those that are still on here WILLING to take the time & effort to TRY & pass their knowledge onto others for FREE. I want to do my part in promoting a SAFE & FREINDLY Environment for these Generous Guys & Gals.

Karl,

We already have an "education" forum, and since your title is about education I am moving this topic there.
