As far as we know, the claim is pure brass + a raft of impudence, and has no basis - which is, effectively, what I said.

The point remains that the landlords are caught in a vice. Once their tenants get more than a couple months in arrears the landlords have no hope of recovering their lost rents. Meanwhile their mtg payments and operating costs continue without missing a beat.

I am surprised there isn't a carnival of arson sweeping rental space across the nation....just catch them away from the place...

I don't think many of us like politicians who profit from their office by buying stock on insider information, who sell "books" that Unions or PACs buy by the thousands, and who use their position to profit their children, their brothers, and their spouses by MILLIONS... be they Rep or Dem....or a Socialist with 3 homes. Meanwhile they make decrees that interfere with business, shut whole industries down, pander to voters, and initiate lockdowns that have been proven to be wholly ineffective.
