ROFL That is one custom job, that would be worth at least $20,000 out here.....

Those folks must travel with a carnival. The room looks like its full of cotton candy.

Most the time no. I would only consider a small adjustment if the subject is an older home and most of the comps do not have upgraded window.

Hilarious Travis! What do you suppose they're growing on the other side of that insulation?

I think that energy efficient upgrades are the most appealing to my market. I have been adjusting for about $100 per thermal window vs windows with storms, windows without storms maybe a little more. A company here advertises they can install thermals for $200, so I think my adjustments are justifiable.

I just now noticed what your talking about, They should have painted the inside of the glass black so no one would notice. They would look like dark tinted glass.

I adjust for houses built before 1978 when title 24 of the energy act went into effect as opposed to houses built AFTER that date.......unless I have reason to believe the older homes were updated with additional insulation and dual glazed windows. Just a modest adjustment unless there is clear data to support something else.
