How about it? Has anyone tried this? If so, what were the results? How did you handle it? Whom did you contact?

Revoke an appraisal? How? Once the original is mailed or the e-mail is sent, kinda hard to get it back. I have refused to "update", provide additional comps, or "transfer" a report due to not getting paid. Sometimes it works and payment is promptly sent, sometimes it doesn't and they go to the next appraiser on the list.

No, never tried it, wouldn't want to: I get not paid for work completed often enough on accident without trying to so on purpose!....

If you did the work: collect from the responsible party. If you can't collect the easy way, prepare to collect the hard way.

Setting a precedent for revoking work completed is not a path I would encourage any of us to follow. 8O EVER!
