Exact verbage for trainee assistance on reports?

Just wondering if anyone happens to know if there is any "Appropriate Verbage" that should be used on the appraisal report regarding the assistance of a trainee on the assignment, and where exactly should it be placed. This is in regards to the trainee getting credit, and the client being made aware of the assistance. I'm located in California.....if that makes any difference.

Here is what are office used about 3-4 years ago.

Appraiser Disclosure Statement
The ...appraiser was assisted by .......name..... who is an apprentice appraiser. He assisted in the following areas of this appraisal report.

___Database & resource search for comparables
___Subject property inspection, measurement & photography
___Comparable property inspection and photography
___Neighborhood inspection & analysis
___Floor plan measurement, sketch, preparation & sq ft calculations
___Cost approach analysis
___Income approach analysis
___Sales comparison analysis

___All of the items above.

All of the apprentice's work was supervised and verified by the Licensed Residential Appraiser.

Thanks for the reply. Is this all you would need to add to the report, or is there something else, or would the appraiser need to sign anywhere else? Just wan't to make sure I'm in compliance!

Just disclose that you assisted and to what extent.

Also, make sure that you have logged in your hours of work to go toward your 2000 hours of training. Some states may have an approved log sheet they require you use.

This is what I use on a seperate addendum.

(Your Name) signifigantly contributed in the completion of this Residential Real Estate Appraisal report as the Assistant to the Appraiser.
