But Pam, the market is HOT. Ax any Realtor. 8) Why worry about asset/holding ratio when the market is growing and appreciating soooooo well.

I'm not too surprised that Fannie could have a cash
crunch...since 30 year bond rates have been
plumeting.

My favorite page on interest rates....talk about
credit spread on those junk bonds!!

But what should concern Fannie is the change from
'buy' to 'neutral' recommendation (which really means
'sell', except that stock types don't ever really say that).
