Fannie Mae Guidelines go into effect June 30, 2002. They incorporate all Announcements and Lender Letters since 1994 and make some additional changes. So if you are a residential appraiser completing reports to Fannie Mae guidelines--get a copy of the new guidelines. Either through Allregs or Adfinet or check out http://www.efanniemae.com

Wonder how long it will take the underwriters to learn there are new guidelines?

Does anyone know of a link to the new selling guide that you can download in .pdf or word format? the adfinet and efanniemae site does not offer a downloadable document.

Don't you just love it! Seems like there should be an easier way to get the rules and regs regarding our general day to day business practice. Today, I got a faxed copy from Fannie Mae regarding Section 304, Factory Built Housing. I gotta tell 'ya !!!! I'm really looking forward to this weekend. I have 2 appointments tomorrow morning and that's it! I don't think I'm coming back to this computer until Sunday night. Happy Weekend to You All!
