Who is going to attend this????? Let's make sure we have some representation there!!!!

The second symposium, "Securitization for Housing Finance," is a three-day interactive class that will focus on the core concepts of mortgage securitization including in-depth analysis of mortgage securities instruments, comprehensive review of structuring options and credit enhancement mechanisms, step-by-step examination of the securitization transaction, tools and techniques for valuation and pricing and hedging of mortgage securities. Case studies will assess the value of securitization from an international perspective. The class will be offered October 1-3.

Hopefully someone from the forum can make it to this. I bet the Appraiser will be mentioned many times & mostly in the negative side.

These events are only for PR purposes. It doesn't matter who shows up or what is said. They march to the major lenders and bankers who just want to make loans. All we are to them is a buzzing gnat to be swatted.
