My bad, I read it quick. Very busy today making money. Based on their history, I assume they took the position that ****ed over appraisers. I edited it. Glad they opposed it. If they hadn't fired Cindy, I'd be a member.

I bet it was a harshly worded letter :rof:

Prices are still at all time highs, so I assume quite a few. :rof: Read today that housing has never been less affordable based on prices, income, inflation, etc. Let the good times roll. I can almost hear the corks popping tonight on 15th street.

I can tell you in the private lending world, we are scrutinizing everything more than ever. No waivers here.
 
i cant even imagine the waiver fraud that is taking place...mortgage brokers estimating value...pretty unfricken believable :rof:

AI has no skin in the residential side of the business. Frankly my guess is they couldn't care less-but they do need to appease the SRA members.
