In most of my areas these are pretty easy. Not that I've done more than a couple. In any area they seem pretty useless to me, there's not even a value est. :? In which case mid range fee is easy $$$. Course if ya gotta drive a lot, or it's NOT easy for any reason....

I bill on the hour for these. They take less than an hour when worked in with other work. If they're further out, I add for travel time. Easy money.

25% less than a full URAR, so far, no complaints.

I agree with Mike Garrett. Also keep in mind if they're unable to find someone to complete a 2075, they'll have to order a 2055 or 1004......what will they have to pay for one of those? Nothing makes me angrier than to be expected to charge a photographer's fee on a 2075. I like the high end of the range. :)

My firm charges $200 for these. There is another appraiser in town that charges $100. We don't get too many orders for them

Folks,

Discussing this could be deemed illegal- I suggest this string stop.

Maybe so bradellis. But if speaking in hypothetical terms, noone can do squat. In other works if you ask me what my fee is for appraising a house that you might consider buying in my home town, I can give you a quote for whatever product you ask for.
