How about this one for $190, in two day turn after inspection(penalties if late), signature of an indemnification agreement(sign your entire work career and life savings away), and you must wear business casual. Four comps and three listings are required. Oh yes, all comps must be within 2 miles. Please send you license and E & O. Payment 90 days after closing.

Who the heck is this client? I don't want to be on their list.

Summer, they are just a typical AMC. They want to pay you sub $200, 2 day turn times, indemnification agreements, give you a dress code, and access to your E & O and tell you how many comps and listings. Plus you have to buy their appraisal portal and software.

The house that was cut/sawn in half is half in a divorce, that is located in Cambodia :new_smile-l:, is just their typical case/assignment. If you don't want to do the work, they'll just get the next residential appraiser off of their list of hundreds of willing workers for free.

And the HVCC is not even yet in place.

I'd only work for them if I could I steal the identity of an illegal alien, and do all the work under that name.

What is so hard or difficult to say

NO

I don't get crap requests like that. Girls and guys, step up and develop a spine.

SIMPLY ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BROADCAST LISTS. IT IS EASY

I have never heard of an AMC being allowed to determine dress code. I thought only employers could do that?

The AMC's are getting closer and closer to taking on the role of employer. There have been epic discussions of this in other threads.
