I don't know. Have they ever helped any appraiser? The past 2 days have been horrific and I look toward the future with little hope of this job ever getting any better. Before HVCC I liked my job. Sure, I had bad days but overall I liked what I did. The past 7 years have beaten me down to the point where I honestly hate what I do. I doubt anyone or anything will change this profession for the better and the uncertainty of the new administration has me reeling.

Can't I just post a comment without someone looking for an argument.

A wee bit defensive no? A simple question. What difference(s) Pre vs Post HVCC are you alluding to? Feel free to answer or not.

That is ridiculously quotable...make for a great tagline here.
Oh...and your punctuation is incorrect...forgot the question mark at the end.

I don't understand either. It forced some of my clients to AMCs, but I learned I could replace them without having to work for AMCs.

and I look toward the future
I definitely do. I know my quote is just a part of your whole post, but I do look forward to the future - I sort of have to at my age!
There definitely is a bunch of gloom and doom about our industry, especially on the RES side, but I think the COMM side is also seeing their fair share.
