Greetings, I just got a request to complete a final inspection on a property that I appraised. The request is coming from a new lender who says the case # has been transferred to them. The new lender also wants me to blurr a photo with a religious symbol. They are not making silly requests to change the name of the lender on the report. Its been a long time since this has been requested. What do I need from them or HUD or the original lender before I proceed ?

Lender A is your client. Lender B is not.
I don't see a problem doing the final inspection for Lender B. I do have a problem with making changes to the appraisal for Lender B.

Nothing FHA is fully portable appraisal .. Just do it and collect your money .. And if you can't sleep call your FHA HOC give them the case number and see what they say ? But it's not a problem !

Problem! If ANY of the intended users change, it is a new assignment.
