It has been my pleasure to send the doc. of Appraisal Reporting Requirements.

I must make mention that the source is T J McCarthy, SRA, IFA that so generously shared his research so that all could benefit. If he is a suscriber to this forum, THANK YOU!! Mr McCarthy

I also must tell those that requested the document you must be mindful that it is not a substitute for reading and studying 4150.2 Apendex D, the FHA Residential Appraisal Requirements. It is only meant to be a summary and a useful guide when writing your report for reference.

FHA Checklist

Have you actually read the FHA manual?

Do you have previous experience with FHA assignments?

Are you willing to take on the role of inspector?

Can't you just help these poor people out? You know the limits were raised, why can't you raise the value?
