FHA Compliance Inspect

I did a FHA inspection 2 weeks ago, the water and electric was shut off. I made the note there was no water or electric. The lender is asking for a FHA Compliance inpection. Do i still use the 92051 which says it was expired in 12/31/2007. Or what form do I use ?

That is the correct form.
