I completed an FHA condo in Brooklyn, effective date of 5/15/2008.. I got a call today asking to update the Condo info on the appraisal, as of 7/28/2008. As of 5/15/2008, 20% of the units were owned by a corporation. As of 7/28/2008 9% of the units were owned by corporation. The other 11% closed, as per MLS and MGMT. Is this a new assignment or can I update this info? Any comments or suggestions would be Great!!!
