FHA Eliminating VC Sheets ? Truth or Rumor ?

I heard a rumor yesterday from a Realtor who returned from NAR's convention in Washington, D.C. that FHA is eliminating VC sheets -
has anybody else heard this ? Truth or rumor ?

I HAD heard a rumor that vc MIGHT be eliminated for FHA REO appraisals, I suspect this may have something to do with those long holding times for REO's for which (of course) the appraiser is ultimately to blame in everyone elses eyes :roll:

If they would rework the vc so it wasn't full of double negatives that would certainly be a plus. Had heard about potential modifications a year or so ago, nothing happening there :evil: but never heard no nothing about elimination. :wink:

When have you ever seen the government eliminate a form?
