FHA inspection checklist

I was just recently approved with FHA but have not done my first assignment with them yet. I have reviewed the HUD Handbook and the various information on the HUD/FHA website but was curious if any of you use a quick reference checklist during the property inspection. If so did you make the checklist yourself or find it on the web?

I am also having difficulty in accessing the FHA Connection website and have spent half of today trying to reach the FHA to get it resolved. I am getting bounced around their automated phones then end up on 15+ minute holds only to be disconnected. I am getting frustrated and haven't done my first assignment. Hope it gets better.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Offshore, yes I did read the handbook and highlighted items however I was looking for a checklist that I can carry with me on the inspection for quick reference. Also I do plan to attend some FHA training when it comes to my area, and I have been reading through post on this forum as well as all the information available on the FHA website. I was rather shocked how fast the approval came after my initial application with FHA and then I received my first order just days later, thus I was not totally prepared.
