FHA rules on outbuildings?

I kinda feel like a dummy asking this as I should know the answer and kinda have a feeling what it is. I have a property that was appraised last year by myself for approximately $100k. However, upon reinspection there is a huge shop that is being used for personal use. It is 45' x 40' and the invoice for it is roughly $45k. Does FHA have a restriction on the amount of value an outbuilding can have in relation to the house? I thought they did but I'm really not sure. I also think this might fall out of my scope of licensure due to the complex nature of the assignment. (At least I'm hoping, its a big headache...lol)

Thanks in advance!
