FHA- Stucco Siding In Contact With Ground/dirt

I don't see any readily observable problems in this area, but seems like an issue for both moisture and termite intrusion. Would you make the appraisal subject to an inspection, and/or excavating the dirt away from the home? Or just make a comment and leave it up to the underwriter? Or just ignore it? Thanks.

I would just comment on whether or not its EFIS. If it is, recommend an inspection. Not "subject to".
