I'm a recent convert to Wintotal. I tried calling tech support, but was on hold forever and they haven't returned my call yet.

Here's my issue.

I'm trying to attach a pdf file to a report, but when I do so it shows up as a negative image (what's white is black and what's black is white).

Any thoughts on how to correct this?m2:

Thanks

Never seen that. The correct proceedure is to use the "ADD" button on the tool bar, and click PDF. It will then let you browse to the doccument you want, and let you give the page a title.

Tom,

That's how I attached it.

I'm going to try calling them again.

I just got off the phone with tech support.
Apparently Wintotoal is not compatible with PDFs created by PDF995

Google free pdf creators and you can download one for free. I use one and it works great.

Adobe Reader 7.0 has a tool called "Snapshot Tool". The snapshot will copy to the clipboard. Then in Wintotal, go to the Maps tab, add a map with the clipboard as the "Map source". One page at a time. I still use Wintotal 4.00, the old version.
