HELP!

Looking for rental data on estate properites. Subject is multi-million dollar property on east coast. Does anyone have any links, contacts, data, suggestions, etc.

I have spend hours online, on the phone, with very little result.

Any help would be appreciated.

I saw something on TV a couple of weeks ago about just such properties for rent. I'll try to find something about it.

Better you than me.
Looked for any cap rates out there? I don't think it would be much fun in developing a GRM on a property like that. 8O I would be just as clueless, but maybe you could find some off of the wall, weird investment rate to use.

George,

No specific help however you might try calling 1) a corporate "headhunter" office or 2) the executive or corporate housing section of large, international companies or 3) following the Mick Jagger lead, recording companies around New York or Nashville or 4) somebody at Previews magazine or other high end home publication to see if they know of rental agencies specializing in top dollar rentals.

The lender really wanted to know what they could rent it for if they had to foreclose?

Craig in Oregon

Thanks Craig,

The assignment is not mortgage related. Market rent is needs to be established for the IRS.
