Wow, I'm glad I got in back in '04. Has anyone taken the new Florida Certification test yet? (Please specify Residential or General). I have some co-workers taking it soon. What is the FL supplemental exam and any study tips?

Also, I guess as of 11/25/07 FREAB reduced supervision of trainees to 3:

61J1-4.010 Supervision and Training of Registered Trainee Appraisers.
...
(4) Any supervising appraiser, whether acting as primary or secondary supervisor, may not supervise more than 3 registered trainee appraisers at one time.

So much for my sweat shop idea! :new_bluegrab:

I see my hard work and dedication paying off with the average appraiser aging and barriers to entry rising.
