Well, they've up and moved from houses to churches, I guess, since it's uncharted territory for potential profit and scams. LOL

As if it couldn't get any worse in my diocese with the priest scandals, we now have Flip that Church or maybe I should call it the Divine Comedy or a comedy of errors.

Seems the former boyfriend of the actress in the new Get Smart movie is involved, (http://www.nypost.com/seven/06242008/news/regionalnews/follieri.pdf) the priest that married me 30+ years ago is alleged to be dressing up as a bishop from the Vatican (http://www.nypost.com/seven/06302008/news/regionalnews/the_priest_who_preyed_117838.htm) to impress investors and is now out of the country on vacation(somehow I keep seeing Father Guido Sarducci from Saturday Night Live and Find the pope in the pizza in my mind. LOL)

The investors are friends of Bill Clinton. It gets better.

The bishop sells his vacation house to the scam artist for $400,000 in 2007 and people are moaning about his profit as he bought in the 1990's for $114,000. But hey, the scam artist seems to have gotten a good deal as Zillow has it currently zestimated at $491,000 (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=38359482)

Unfortunately, it's currently listed for $399,000 and is pending closing in late July when the final sale price will be revealed.

I think Maxwell Smart would have had the brains to steer clear of this one.
