I just tried the free Flood Insights demo, and it worked pretty well except for one thing. Under "Panel Date" it says "Bad Date". What does that mean? Anyone ever had a "Bad Date"?

Once with a blind date.

You might want to call them the customer service is not to bad.. Course they could just be doing this to make you buy the product.

never ran across that on my hard copy flood maps. Thanks FEMA.
