Florida Appraisers 'User Group' on this forum

I would like to start a Users Group on this forum for Florida Appraisers. My basic idea is to keep it a private group where we can chat about Florida issues and potentially come up with ways to target the unethical ones we all know in our areas and find legal ways to get rid of them. It's very frustrating when one of the worst has his license finally taken away and find that his shop is still running strong and 3 of his clone trainees are about to be certified.

It will take ALL ethical appraisers to stand up and fight for ourselves to clean this up and at the same time, help ourselves.

Well, of course you knew I'd jump on this bandwagon! I need all the help I can get. Hopefully, along the way, I'll be able to offer a little help, too.

Only 4 so far? At least no one said I'm crazy yet. I'll contact Wayne about setting one up. Maybe he will let me use the main forum to invite them.

Count me in...sorry it took me so long, but with three kids (5 dogs, 2 horses, 3 ferrets, 30 chickens) and a biz, I don't get to hang out here much anymore!
