"Yellow Book" applicable and inclusionary to the appraisal report?

This issue came up in a Family Trust assignment I have been working on. It entails 37 individual properties very variant in nature.

I am going to take a fresh "Yellow Book" course next month. I haven't taken one for 10 years.

Possibly, but the laws have changed so much, I dono - what I've been doing is consulting with a CPA & Family Trust Attorney, in the past. Am getting data together fer a new one, and was given the "hurry up" nod from the Attorney, cause after January 01, 2003 - the laws are changing again 8O :lol: :lol:
