Ford Bronco Officially Coming Back, Will Be Made In Michigan

From the photo it looks like it will be a mini version of the original but with no frame and front wheel drive, Bronco in name only. Or a SUC, Sport Utility Car.

I'm sure there's a market for them, like some of the small "Jeeps" that are car-like but have the appearance of a SUV.

The Ford folks didn't name the Bronco until it was off the production line and they took a ride.

Couple that with its too-high center of gravity and propensity to roll over. I would not expect the new ones to look the same. I loved it too and am from a generational Ford family but I would never own an original.

If they come up with something like this I would bet it would be a huge "fad" seller like the PT Cruiser was when it first came out. All of us who remember our parents or friends parents owning one would want one. I would certainly consider it.

If they have high hp and a strong enough drive train to handle the power, then I'd love to own one!
