Foreclosure/residential land only

Good morning to all of you brain trust members! Although, I do not have any orders for a land only foreclosure, I am interested in learning the proper forms and procedures that are typical for this type of assignment? If you are willing to give of your time, I would be exceedingly thankful.

I use the generic land appraisal in the a la mode software program. There are two versions that I am aware of. You can either use the REO addendum for the three active listings or add an addendum and grid out three active listings. It depents on what your client needs.
