I decided to do a Google search for Foreclosure Statistics and there are lots of results. Some of the more interesting ones are:

http://www.foreclosurefile.com/research/stats.php

Home Apprec/Yr: up 7.74%
Rent Increase/Yr: up 3.59%

Ooooooo, do we recognize those lender names?????? Ya think some connection could be made between their FHA foreclosure rates and their very own low pay, high pressure AMCs?????

Do your own Google search, stats were popping up for all sorts of individual counties all over the nation.

Those are incredible stats! Thank you! Of course the average home price in Southern California is well above the national average of $166,000+/-. But heck, everything's overpriced here! :D
