Form 70/465

Just got a request for an investment property. Per the LO, he was instructed that a form 70/465 was the minimum required. Has anyone ever heard of a 70/465 form? I'm stumped.

Do you think they have forms mixed up.

Maybe a 704 and Condo/PUD addendum 465

Maybe a 2070 or 2065 or 2075

These are the only numbers I could find similar to the ones you listed.

Why not just ask what the assignment is, then tell him what form you will use.

"465" is Freddie's number for a Condominium Form
