Hello everyone,
I'm trying to come up with a form I can fill out while doing my comparable drive-by's. Anyone have something they would like to share? I'm only doing single family residential right now. I have a list of items to look for, I'm just wondering if I've missed anything or if there's a better way of listing items out than what I have. If I get a couple of examples, I'll make a version of my own and post it for everyone.
