Hi All,

Just wanted to let you all know the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board will be meeting in a different room from now on.

From the Florida Administrative Weekly:

PLACE: Department of Business and Professional Regulation,
Division of Real Estate, North Tower, Ninth Floor, Room 901,
400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida

It is supposed to be much larger with more room for spectators and applicants.

What about the defendents?

Dennis,

Do you mean Respondents? More room for them too.

Keep in mind, there is a good chance no disciplinary cases will be heard at the next meeting. One FREAB Member will be absent. Because at least one of the other Board Members would have served on Probable Cause, a quorum will not be available to make diciplinary decisions.

We will be working on rules, hear what the Bureau of Testing is doing with course approvals, have several applicants to process, discuss the GAO Audit and will discuss the proposal to rewrite Part II of Chapter 475.

If no cases are heard licensees cannot earn CE credit.

Frank,

I'll still try to attend. Dispite the fact you made it sound boring as hell (LOL). No CE hours. Hope I have enough already.

I think that is the site of the old Trailways Bus Terminal in the early 70s. That is BD (Before Disney).
